Where do you ship from, and how fast?
Weatherford, Texas, by UPS Ground. We pack and hand off to UPS within 1 to 2 business days of your order, and most US deliveries arrive 3 to 5 business days after shipment. A tracking number is emailed automatically once the label is created.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International expansion is coming.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8.00, and it is free on orders over $70. Express is available at checkout.
My package is late, lost, or went to the wrong address.

Returns
Can I return a supplement?
Only if it is unopened and sealed. For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumables cannot be returned. Unopened consumables can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping.
What about apparel and gear?
Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags still attached, and unused undamaged gear in original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Email customer.support@ketonoir.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund it, your choice, and cover return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Email us for a return authorization before sending anything back.

Are all these products made by KetoNoir?
No. Some are formulated for this brand and carry the KetoNoir name. Others are made by companies we rate and resell, and those listings carry the maker's brand rather than ours.
Is apparel made to order?
Yes. Apparel is printed on demand, so slight variation in placement, color and sizing is normal. It typically takes about a week to produce before it ships.
Do you have the ingredient list?
Every product page carries the full description, and the label on the product you receive is the authority. Formulations can change, so read the label before use.

Is the KetoNoir app separate from the store?
Yes. The app is an AI keto tracker for iOS and Android with a coach that reads your own logged food and biomarkers before it answers. It tracks net carbs, macros, ketones, glucose and GKI, scans barcodes across 2.3 million+ foods, and carries 289 bilingual cultural recipes plus 19,000+ from FatSecret. There is a free tier with no time limit.

Does buying from the store give me the app?
No, they are separate. The app has its own free tier and its own subscription.
