Where do you ship from, and how fast?
Supplements, food prep and gear ship from Weatherford, Texas, by UPS Ground. We pack and hand off to UPS within 1 to 2 business days of your order, and most US deliveries arrive 3 to 5 business days after shipment, so 4 to 7 business days in total from the moment you order. Apparel is made to order and ships directly from our print partner, so it does not ship from Weatherford and may arrive separately from the rest of your order. A tracking number is emailed automatically once the label is created.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International expansion is coming.
What does shipping cost?
On supplements, food prep and gear, standard shipping is $8.00, it is free on orders over $70, and Express is available at checkout for $15.00. Apparel ships at rates calculated by weight at checkout, currently starting at $5.96. The $8.00 flat rate and the free-over-$70 threshold do not apply to apparel. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
My package is late, lost, or went to the wrong address.

Returns
Can I return a supplement?
Only if it is unopened and sealed. For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumables cannot be returned. Unopened consumables can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping.
What about apparel and gear?
Apparel that is unworn and unwashed, in original condition, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping, and so can unused, undamaged gear in original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Email customer.support@ketonoir.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund it, your choice, and cover return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Email us for a return authorization before sending anything back.
Products
Are all these products made by KetoNoir?
No. KetoNoir does not make the supplements, food prep or gear sold here. Other companies make them, we resell them, and each of those listings carries the maker's brand rather than ours. The KetoNoir name is on our apparel: our own designs, printed to order by our print partner.
Is apparel made to order?
Yes. Apparel is printed on demand, so slight variation in placement, color and sizing is normal. It typically takes about a week to produce before it ships.
Do you have the ingredient list?
Every product page carries the full description, and the label on the product you receive is the authority. Formulations can change, so read the label before use.
The app
Is the KetoNoir app separate from the store?
Yes. The app is an AI keto tracker for iOS and Android with a coach that reads your own logged food and biomarkers before it answers. It tracks net carbs, macros, ketones, glucose and GKI, scans barcodes, and carries 289 bilingual cultural recipes (182 keto) plus 3,800+ fatsecret recipes. There is a free tier with no time limit.
Where do I get it?
ketonoir.ai has the app, pricing and the download links.
Does buying from the store give me the app?
No, they are separate. The app has its own free tier and its own subscription.
