SHIPPING
Orders ship from Weatherford, Texas via UPS Ground. We pack, label, and hand off to UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Most US deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.
A tracking number is emailed automatically once your label is created. If you have any issues with delivery — late arrival, lost package, wrong address — write to customer.support@ketonoir.shop and we will work it out.
We currently ship to the United States only. International expansion is coming.
RETURNS
Consumables (supplements, electrolytes, MCT, drink mixes, capsules, shots)
For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed consumables can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Email customer.support@ketonoir.shop for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
Apparel
Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags still attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Food Prep gear (bottles, containers, thermometers)
Unused, undamaged gear in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, write to customer.support@ketonoir.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund — your choice — and cover return shipping.
Refund processing
Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
