Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. International expansion is coming.

Supplements, food prep, and gear

These ship from Weatherford, Texas via UPS Ground. We pack, label, and hand off to UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, and most US deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment - 4-7 business days in total from the moment you order. Standard shipping is $8, orders over $70 ship free, and Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

Apparel

Our tees and tanks are made to order and shipped directly by our print partner, so they do not ship from Weatherford and may arrive separately from the rest of your order. Apparel shipping is calculated by weight at checkout and currently starts at $5.96. The $8 flat rate and the free-over-$70 threshold do not apply to apparel.

Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

A tracking number is emailed automatically once your label is created. If you have any issues with delivery - late arrival, lost package, wrong address - write to customer.support@ketonoir.shop and we will work it out.
